Behind the vision
Genesis of an idea
Creative and polyglot with a solid international experience in luxury hospitality, I have built my career contributing to the opening, positioning and development of some of the sector's most prestigious properties. My career in hospitality began in 2000 with the opening of the Rocco Forte Hotel de Russie in Rome, where I gained fifteen years' experience, first in operations, then in sales & marketing contributing to the promotion and consolidation of the brand across international markets. I later led significant opening projects as General Manager, including Hotel Vilòn in 2018 and Soho House Rome in 2021, assuming responsibility for their success, operational development, market positioning and the formation of their teams.
My professional journey has also been enriched through collaboration with industry experts from diverse countries and cultures, broadening my understanding of hospitality as a universal language founded on human relationships, care for people, a passion for travel and a rigorous attention to detail and financial performance.
After years of intense activity, I chose to step back and reflect, a necessary interval that proved to be a fertile ground for new ideas and perspective. Sound judgement, proactivity and respect for others guide my professional approach, in the conviction that human connections represent the essential value within any organisation.
It is from this awarness that takes shape my APOTONISI, a bespoke consultancy devoted to interpreting and enhancing exclusive hospitality. For to be an island it means, in essence, live in a perfect microcosm.
